Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vision Driven, LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of the Axis program and related products. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are issued and coaching sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled.
1. Physical & Digital Products (Books, Workbooks, Pens, Digital Content)
We offer a 30-day refund guarantee from the date of purchase.
To qualify, the item must be returned in its original condition (for physical products) or unused/unaccessed (for digital content).
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Coaching Services
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited.
3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted for:
Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded.
Coaching sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Custom or special-order products.

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
