1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding contract between you (“you,” “user,” “customer”) and Vision Driven, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) governing your access to and use of the website visiondrivenlife.com (including the Axis program, book, workbook, pen, coaching, digital content, and any associated services) (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Products, Coaching & Content

Vision Driven, LLC offers educational and coaching products, including but not limited to books, workbooks, pens, digital and physical content, and coaching sessions (“Products & Services”).

All content (book, workbook, digital content, coaching materials) is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish them without our written permission.

Results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (financial, emotional, career, or otherwise). Your success depends on your effort, consistency, and external factors beyond our control.

3. Purchases & Payments

Prices and availability of Products & Services are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be made via the options provided on our site. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all purchases.

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy (see section 5).

4. Refunds & Cancellations

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to conditions in our Refund Policy. Refunds may not apply if digital content has been accessed or downloaded, or coaching sessions have commenced.

Cancellation of coaching services must be made 48 hours before scheduled session to avoid being charged for that session.

5. Use of the Service & Customer Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or the legal age in your jurisdiction.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when purchasing or registering.

You agree not to misuse or abuse the Service, or interfere with other users' access.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login/personally identifying info and for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, artwork, designs, copy, and other materials on visiondrivenlife.com or in any Products & Services are owned by or licensed to Vision Driven, LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal use consistent with these Terms.

Any unauthorized use of our trademarks, materials, or content is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use or inability to use our Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the specific Product or Service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vision Driven, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

your misuse of the Service;

your violation of these Terms;

your violation of any law or the rights of a third party;

any content you submit or cause to be submitted (e.g. testimonials, feedback) that’s false, harmful, or infringing.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy [link which should be real]. We collect, store, and manage your personal data in accordance with that policy. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.

10. Changes to Terms / Service

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on the website. It’s your responsibility to check these Terms regularly. Continued use after changes = you accept the modified Terms.

We may also modify or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) the Service (or any part) without notice.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, together with any policies referenced (Refund Policy, Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Vision Driven, LLC concerning the Service.
